These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://astrelo.net ("Website") and the Astrelo digital product ("Product"), operated by Dmitrii Bosiachenko, autónomo registered in Spain (NIF: Z3795401S) ("we," "us," or "Astrelo").
By accessing the Website or purchasing the Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or purchase the Product.
Astrelo is a personalized astrocartography (relocation astrology) report. Based on the birth data you provide (date, time, and place of birth) and your selected focus, we generate a personalized map and written report indicating where, according to astrocartography, different planetary energies fall for you. The report is delivered on-screen and by email.
We offer two separate products:
Daily Sky is a recurring digital subscription. You start with a paid introductory access period charged in full at checkout, and the subscription then renews monthly at $39.99 until you cancel:
The introductory amount is charged immediately. The first monthly charge of $39.99 is taken on the day your introductory access period ends, and every month thereafter on the same day, unless you cancel first. All amounts are in US dollars. Your card statement will show ASTRELO.NET.
These terms are disclosed on the payment screen before you pay, and repeated in the confirmation email we send immediately after purchase, together with the exact date of your first monthly charge and a cancellation link. We also email you a reminder before the first monthly charge.
How to cancel: you can cancel at any time, in one click, from your account page or via the cancellation link in any of our emails; you may also email support@astrelo.net. Cancellation stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for; access then ends and no further amount is taken. We do not require you to contact support in order to cancel.
Purchases are processed by Stripe. We (Dmitrii Bosiachenko, autónomo) are the seller and merchant of record, and are responsible for applicable taxes. After successful payment, you receive a receipt email and immediate access to what you bought.
For the Daily Sky subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at $39.99 after your introductory period, using the card details stored securely by Stripe, until you cancel. We keep a record of each purchase — the date and time, your IP address, your browser, the exact pricing disclosure shown to you and the amount charged — as proof of the terms you accepted.
You are responsible for providing accurate information at checkout, including a valid email address. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect contact details.
To use the Product you need a modern web browser and an internet connection. We do not control your device, browser, or network and are not responsible for issues arising from them.
The Product relies on third-party services, including a payment processor (Stripe) and an astrology calculation provider used to compute your chart. We are not affiliated with these providers and do not control their availability, pricing, or accuracy. If a provider changes in ways that affect the Product, we will make reasonable efforts to maintain the service but do not guarantee continued functionality.
Our refund policy is detailed on our Refund Policy page. In summary: 14-day money-back guarantee, one refund per customer.
EU consumers acknowledge that by accessing the report, they expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and lose their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (transposed in Spain as Article 103.m TRLGDCU). Our 14-day refund policy is offered as a goodwill gesture above this statutory waiver.
The Product is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Astrelo is for entertainment and self-reflection only. Astrocartography is a belief system with no scientific validation. The report is not a prediction and is not professional, legal, financial, medical, relocation, immigration, or tax advice. We do not warrant that:
Any decision you make about where to live, travel, move, or relocate is your own decision and responsibility. Always consult qualified professionals (legal, financial, immigration, medical) for consequential decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Product is limited to the amount you paid for the Product in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, relocation costs, or loss of opportunity.
The Website, including its design, content, and software, is owned by Dmitrii Bosiachenko and protected by Spanish, EU, and international copyright laws. The name "Astrelo" and associated branding are our trademarks. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, particularly Section 03 (License). Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless required by our Refund Policy. Sections 07, 08, 09, and 13 survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes affecting your rights will be communicated by email where we have your address. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Our handling of your personal data, including your birth data, is described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of Oviedo, Asturias, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection law assigns jurisdiction to the courts of your country of residence.
EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform to resolve disputes out of court.
